Worst Workout Ever
It was supposed to be a 20 minute workout but after throwing up twice and 45 minutes later I finally finished. I thought it was going to be an easy day. Wrong! This was the workout:
10 x 20 second hill sprints with the walk down for recovery
5 x 20 second hill sprints dragging a tyre with the walk down recovery
5 x 20 second hill sprints carrying the tyre above my head with the walk down recovery
